It's located in a very tranquil neighbourhood, inside a small condo with 3 other similar houses sharing a big swimming pool. The house has a big private outdoor area with garden and BBQ facilities and... the best... a rooftop terrace with chill out area and a gorgeous sea/sunset view. The house has 2 rooms with air conditioning.

A 7 minute walk will take you to la playa de Santandria, where you will find a lovely tranquil sandy cove and a few bars and restaurants. Beautiful sunsets can be enjoyed both from the cliffs between Santandria and Sa Caleta and the seafront walk to Cala Blanca.
