Por motivos legales es necesario solicitar a los huespedes en su llegada el número de su DNI o Pasaporte. Habitación muy pequeña, ventana pequeñita, como su precio, celda monacal. Apartamento a 1 minuto del "Metro Colonia Jardín" y a cinco estaciones del Centro de Madrid, luminoso, cómodo, tranquilo, parque o zona verde, "Casa de Campo", el Zoo, el Parque de Atracciones, merenderos, senderos, etc., barrio multicultural con pequeñas tiendas de alimentación. Zona de aparcamiento libre.

Rent big room in beautiful apartment

In gated community with 24 hour security with swimming pool, paddle courts, gardens , children's areas ... The large room is for 2 people , with separate bathrooms with whirlpool and light. The apartment has 110 square meters and garden terrace . I've got Fiber Optic Internet and Movistar Plus. I can go to pick you up if you come by car to the airport or Atocha station and make host, I am sociable and I like to travel as tb help and share with people q comes to Madrid. I live alone.
