At the gates of the Marne, 15 minutes from Vatry airport, 40 minutes from factory shops and 50 minutes from Troyes, Gite MARGUETTE welcomes you for your business or leisure stays. You will have a spacious kitchen with dining area, a cozy lounge with dining area and access to a balcony, 2 double bedrooms, a twin bedroom. A bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink and storage as well as a separate toilet will also be at your disposal. Outside, you will have access to an unenclosed lot under development with lawn for your relaxing moments on the loungers, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue and a garage in the basement to store your car, bikes, strollers... For a quiet stay, heating and electricity as well as end-of-stay cleaning will be included in the stay and the beds will be made upon your arrival except cleaning for professional stays (30€ every 2 weeks).

Riverside Priory, 2-Bedroom House

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

A modern wood stove provides warmth next to a beautiful Christmas tree adorned with red decorations. A wicker basket sits nearby, and a lantern adds a cozy touch. Large windows offer a scenic view of the lush vineyards outside.

Accommodation at the back of the yard in a private residence and secured by badge with its independent entrance, terrace and private parking space. For one night or a long stay, you have a bedroom with a 160×200 bed (bed linen provided), separate toilet, shower room with bath towels and washing machine, equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer.

Nice little house in Champagne Fiber internet

In a small quiet village, in the heart of Champagne and its vineyards, come and take a break in this country house that can accommodate 4 people: fiber - 1 bed for 2 people - 1 sofa bed for 2 people - baby bed possible. Free for children up to 16 years old but do not register them otherwise the extra charge will be charged but let me know when booking so I can prepare for their arrival. Dogs are accepted but not cats due to major damage unfortunately.

The Cottage is located by the canal in Soulanges, in the enclosed garden (1000 m²) and in the quiet of my house (former lock keeper's house). Direct access to the 30 m² single-storey cottage (independent entrance). For a business trip, a vacation or a weekend you will stay in a warm atmosphere. Pets are welcome! Note the possible presence of my dog June (4-year-old border collie) and my cat April, always in my presence.

A cobblestone courtyard is framed by historic buildings, showcasing wooden beams and large windows. A green tree adds a natural touch to the scene, while the blue sky overhead creates a bright and open atmosphere. Lush greenery is visible along the edges of the courtyard.
