It is enchantingly secluded in the garden and by the field - and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway) and has been renovated with high-quality materials in line with building biology. The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

A cozy seating area is furnished with a dark blue sofa and decorative pillows. A glass TV stand displays a 40" Smart TV. Light streams through two windows with horizontal blinds, illuminating the neutral-colored walls and tiled floor.

In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The loft is only 12 km from Trier, on our renovated vineyard, directly in the vineyards on the romantic Moselle. Art, culture and good food are just around the corner. High ceilings give the "loft feeling." The bathroom is new, the kitchen is well equipped and there is good wine across the street! Our loft is perfect for hikers, cyclists or just to relax. However, due to the open stairs, it is rather unsuitable for children. A Tchibo Cafissimo coffee maker is also available.
