Occupancy/detached own residence with good standards in rural surroundings, proximity to the sea, mountains and nature. The residence is located about 30 minutes from Tromsø Airport, in the direction of Sommarøy. Car is recommended! The accommodation is in scenic surroundings, allowing nature experiences such as northern lights, mountain hikes or just a quiet evening around the fire pit on the terrace to be enjoyed. The home includes all cooking utensils. Private bathroom with washing machine, shower and toilet. Living room with sofa, dining table and TV with Chrome cast. Welcome.

Modern apartment of 40 m2 + 20 m2 terrace facing the sea, in rorbu on Kaldfarnes outermost on the outer Senja. Amazing nature and views, an eldorado for outdoor enthusiasts. The apartment has kitchen avd. with integrated refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower cubicle and washing machine, among other things. Wifi + Smart TV w/Channel Digital (satellite dish). 3 beds in bedrooms (family bunk; 150 + 90) + spacious sofa bed in the living room. Excellent apartment for 3 persons but can stay up to 5 persons if desired.

Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly place! On beautiful Sommarøya we (family Johnsgård) rent out this great cabin. You will get the magnificent nature right by the front door, and are just a short ferry ride away from Senja. It will take you 1 hour to drive from Tromsø. We have made a complete manual with user guide for how to use the cottage, this can be found on the dining table upon arrival. In the summer you can experience the sun 24/7(midnight sun), and in the fall/winter northern lights if one is lucky.

Close to both mountains, ebb and beach Playgrounds, possibility for Top tours and ski/hiking trails nearby. Free parking with possibility of 2 cars. 10 min to the city centre, 25 min with bus, with good bus connections. Helt ny hytte på Sommarøy! Det perfekte sted for å se nordlys på vinteren, og strand og fjell på sommeren. Huset ligger 20km fra Kattfjordeidet med nydelige fjell, perfekt for skikjøring. Hytten ligger rett ved Sommarøy Arctic Hotell som tilbyr jacuzzi og sauna. Hytten er veldig tiltalende, og meget høy standard. Praktfull utsikt, to veranda med havet som nærmeste nabo. 50 meter fra strand. Soverom med dyne og pute. Alle bad med håndklær. Hytten skal forlates ryddig og pen. Minimum 2 leiedøgn.
