We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Our small village of Amelith is located in the middle of the Solling, a beautiful forest area, which offers vacationers a retreat from the hustle and bustle, stress and everyday life. You will stay in our lovingly furnished wooden house, surrounded by meadows, forest and nature. The surroundings invite you to hikes, bike and motorcycle tours. Attractions and leisure activities can be reached by car, as well as shopping.

Our cozy vacation apartment is located on the grounds of the family-run campsite "BergseeCamp." Nestled in the picturesque greenery of Sollingen, it sits right at the edge of the forest with a stunning view of the beautiful Bergsee Lake. Here, you can explore a fascinating variety of birds, enjoy magnificent hiking trails, or try out thrilling mountain biking routes. You can also unwind on the sandy beach, taking in the water, the nature, and the peace it offers.

Large house on the edge of the beautiful Solling and the Weser Uplands. The house offers a garden with a sandbox and plenty of space to play, for example, Viking chess or badminton. In the beach chair you can enjoy the evening sun. For the colder days, a conservatory and fireplace are also available. There is a sauna, which can be used for a fee. The house is ideal for family gatherings, community vacations or to escape the city and unwind in beautiful nature.

Stylishly furnished and centrally located apartment with fantastic views over the Wesertal. Enjoy the outstanding panoramic view of the Solling from one of the two terraces at sunset. The historic old town center of Höxter with its diverse restaurants is within walking distance. The steamboat dock on the Weser for a visit to the Corvey World Heritage Site is about 700 meters away. The recreational area of the Godelheimer Seenplatte is not far away.

On the quiet terrace you can relax excellently. Enjoy the flair of the old town with the historic houses and the pedestrian zone with plenty of shopping and restaurants. Germany's most popular bike path, the R1, is just 200 meters away. Enjoy life at this peaceful and centrally-located place.

It has become a gem – our house number 4. The careful and historically appropriate renovation of the building took three years. The result is a very cozy vacation home with over 100 square meters of living space and a wonderful view of the Solling. Experience a unique indoor climate in historic clay-plastered walls combined with the comfort of high-speed Internet and a top modern kitchen. Our sustainability concept ensures CO2 neutrality.

Sunny apartment in the old town of Höxter

My place is right in the center of the historic old town of Höxter. Restaurants and pubs as well as all shopping are within walking distance. Corvey Castle, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is only about 3 km away. Höxter is located on the R1 bike path, only about 500 meters from the apartment. Towards Godelheim after about 1.5 km is the recreational lake with swimming and sports facilities, which is very popular in good weather.

Family Waldkauz's guest house in the middle of the forest

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

In the idyllic village Königshagen you will find our beautifully restored half-timbered farmhouse. The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.

Modern meets half-timbered architecture from 1850. The old barn area can sleep, relax and enjoy 4 people. In addition to the tasteful Scandinavian-style décor with lots of wood, there is a wood-burning stove, a sauna and an interesting beam construction. The area between Solling and Harz is ideal for hiking, mountain biking and walking. Since 2026, the house has been completely supplied with renewable energy.
