New modern house, heated pool and walking distance to the beach 'plage du Pradon'. The villa is also on a hill with a view of the peninsula 'presqu'ile de Giens'. The upper level has the kitchen / living / master bed and bath. A large outdoor patio gives on to the pool . Master bed is 200x200. Downstairs on the lower level, 3 guest bedrooms give on to a large wooden deck and a sand field to enjoy relaxing and play games. Beds are 140x190, 130x200 and the 3 single beds are 85x190

In the heart of the garrigue, we offer a 35 m2 studio with a 60 m2 private garden and an unobstructed view of the vineyards. Cuers city center is a 5-minute drive (3 km). The cottage is close to a road appreciated by cyclists (the road climbs into the garrigue) The highway is 3 km away. The beaches of Hyères, La Londe-les-Maures and Toulon are 25 km away. The Verdon Gorge is 1.5 hours away. You will enjoy the calm, the singing of birds and cicadas.

This superb studio apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people welcomes you all year round for a stay 2 steps from the beaches, in a quiet street and close to all amenities. Fully equipped, everything has been thought out to make your stay a pleasant and comfortable moment. Parking is free on the surrounding streets and the area is well served by public transport. The proximity to the beaches down the street makes it an exceptional accommodation.

Fully equipped house in a quiet subdivision close to the village and shops (7 min walk). Access to a private outdoor area and swimming pool. Ideally located, close to highway access to Nice (1h30), Marseille (1h) and Aix en Provence (45 min). Toulon/Hyères 30 min. Close to the beaches but in the Var countryside. All nearby shops. I had to apply a cleaning fee but I can deduct it on request, if you commit to really doing it (shower, floors...)😉
