Welcome to our historical home! The villa was build as a representative domicile for a pharmacist. Nowadays the spacious house offers space for three flats. The holiday home is situated in its souterrain with a direct access to the garden. The residential area is completely private as well as the kitchen. You can reach the private bathroom through a shared corridor. Inside the residential area there is a king-size bed for sleeping for two and a studio couch, that can be used also by up to two.

Very convenient connection to the A 46 highway, bus stop, shopping and conservation area in the immediate vicinity. Solingen main train station can be reached in about 15 minutes by public transport. Cozy holiday apartment, central, quiet location. The pretty apartment in a half-timbered house has its own entrance and everything you need for everyday life. WLAN, TV, coffee, tea are available to our guests. Popular destinations, supermarkets are in the vicinity. The Müngsten Bridge or Castle Burg can be reached in a few minutes by car or in a few more minutes on foot :) Cologne and D-Dorf are also easy to reach! Small terrace in front of the front door.
