He wisely recognized for decades to come this would be a prized place of rest, enjoyed by 5 generations. Our two kayaks for beginners and new paddle board are available for rent. Explore the unbelievable beauty of the Olympic National Park just a few miles away featuring hiking to rainforests, glaciers, and mountain lakes.

Once tucked back into the woods, this newly improved 1920s cabin now enjoys a front-row seat to the grandeur of the Hood Canal thanks to a tidal creek that has washed away the sandy soil that once supported the departed trees. Creekside Microcabin is a toasty, dry basecamp for those not wanting to hassle with tents. **Bring firewood—must be very small size** 2 guests allowed, space is supplied for 2. This rustic cedar log cabin is only 3 miles from Ruby Beach sunsets. Enjoy a cookstove (propane provided), bunk bed, and camp toilet. There is room for a tent next to cabin. Leave No Trace. Pack out garbage+toilet bag. Seasonal creek (small trickle in summer).
