DOCUMENTA 16 - KASSEL 2027 Documenta 16 will take place in Kassel from June 12 to September 19. Our place is only 25 minutes away by tram or car - perfect for your visit to the art exhibition!

Oldest house in Quentel From "Schniede Hans Hus", as our house was called around 1521, today a cozy 114 m² vacation home with three bedrooms, a living room with fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen, a guest toilet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub for our guests has been created. Free Wi-Fi and parking right in front of the house are just as much a part of our offer as a terrace with a BBQ and garden. There are many places on the shared courtyard (4 other parties live permanently on the courtyard) to unwind, read or have a meal. The cottage is bright and looks spacious for a half-timbered house. Beautifully located apartment right on the water. Our lovingly furnished apartment is located on the ground floor of a half-timbered house in Guxhagen, which was renovated in 2017. The house has a plot on the Fulda with a jetty, which is located opposite the house, on the other side of the R1 cycle path. Before the construction of the Fulda bridge, our house was the old ferry house of Guxhagen. Boats and bikes are available to our guests.

Welcome to our lovingly furnished studio with a small kitchenette, bathroom and sauna, perfect for relaxing hours after city or nature excursions. The apartment is in a very quiet location in the countryside overlooking the Hercules. Within a few minutes' walk you can reach various shopping and trams towards the city center and Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. The studio can also be reached from Wilhelmshöhe train station in a few minutes by tram.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.
