The apartment is located in a house built in 2018 in the center of the tranquil Ötztal municipality of Längenfeld. Despite the central location, the surroundings are very quiet and sunny. Shopping, restaurants, bus stops, local infrastructure and the "Aqua Dome" thermal baths are within walking distance within minutes. Cozy studio in a central location (20 m²) with ideal connections to the ski resorts: 10 minutes by bus to Sölden, 15 minutes to Ötz and 25 minutes to Gurgl. Access to the cross-country ski trail is possible directly from the house. In summer, you can cycle, bike and climb. Grocery store, bakery and restaurants are within walking distance. There is a bus stop just 1 minute walk away. Pets are ONLY PERMITTED BY REQUEST and are welcome!
