Modern kitchen with table for 6 person, big bathroom with shower cabin, 2 bedrooms with 4 sleeping places, living room with TV, bed sofa and small desk. Laundry room with washing maching and tumbler. Outside deck with possibility to eat outside in summer, access to traditional barbecue hut all year around. 2 parking places with access to engine heater.

Charming house with terass, near the nature, sea

A cozy house for 2 people in a quet and still place in Norrbotten and located 20 minutes from the city of Luleå with car. Excellent location if you like to spend your time near the nature. In the winter you can experinece the ice on the sea, walk, ski, kick or go with a scooter. In the summer time you can visit small beaches or walk in the wood and when its season you can find berries. This house has its own entrance and the kitchen has a fireplase.

A charming red exterior of the house is framed by blooming white lilac bushes. The entrance features a wooden step leading to a well-lit door surrounded by windows, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Cozy guest home in detached garage building. 500m to bus stop that takes you to downtown Luleå in 20 min. 1.3 km to walk to Sunderby hospital and Sunderby railway station. The sauna barrel is available at the farm which at certain times can be used. The use of the sauna is for an extra charge. The nearest supermarket is in Gammelstad, about 5 km away. Bus connections are available.

Lägenheten ligger inne på en familjegård med anor från början av 1900-talet. På ängarna runtikring betar både kor och hästar. Från augusti till mars kan man, om vädret tillåter, se både vintergatan och norrsken.
