Heated pool June to September, orangery with space for 10 food guests and adjacent outdoor kitchen. Nice surroundings for walking and excursions. The property consists of a dwelling house (3-5 persons) with kitchen, pool house (4 persons) with sauna and kitchenette as well as a smaller house with double bed (2 persons). Toilet is available in all houses. Sörmland offers beautiful rolling nature and a local food culture with locally produced food.

Very nice house for rent in beautiful Trosa. Öbolandet is an island with a bridge connection. About 1 km to Trosa beach and 800 m to the harbor with lovely restaurants, nightlife, boating & Trosa's nice walking paths. You rent the upper floor, which consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with a bunk bed and sofa bed. Newly renovated kitchen with kitchen island and dining area. Living room with TV and fireplace. Two balconies and large plot. Gazebo that can be used freely. The basement is a separate apartment and may have another tenant.

When you arrive, it is nicely made with towels, sheets and wood for the sauna. The house has a high standard and optimal floor plan. On a large sunny plot full of fruit trees is this newly renovated house. The house is in a quiet area close to nice forest walks, swimming, shopping and good connections to Stockholm city by both bus and boat. Next to the area, there is an 18+12 hole golf course with a large restaurant and bar. You will also find a pizzeria and barbecue within walking distance. The house has an open and airy upper floor with all the amenities needed for pleasant socializing. You have access to the sauna, ping pong table and guest house.

A functional kitchen features green cabinetry and a stainless steel stove. A window offers views of the garden, while a wooden dining table is accompanied by green chairs. Warm light creates a cozy ambiance, accentuated by nearby appliances and decorative items.

Large, nice house with large garden and parking

Our family owned big nice house is empty often so we would like to give vacationing, working or passing through the opportunity to live our nice house. Wonderful garden, private and of course free parking, period and fully equipped kitchen, large living room with TV and dining area, three bedrooms. Four sleeping places but up to six can stay at the same time in the house if one person sleeps on the sofa and two people sleep together in a 120 cm bed. The bathroom has a bath and newly installed toilet seat.

It´s situated in the area of the manor house Beckershof with beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature. The house is situated 30 meters from the water. You have a small beach, jetty and a souna on a jetty of your own. A small boat is also includes in wich ou can make trips along the lake. The house is very comfortable and has very relaxing atmosfer all year round!
