Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. The property is located in the forest, on Sörmlandsleden, close to the fishing lake Nävsjön and 5 km from Nävekvarn, the village at Bråviken beach. The property consists of a large kitchen for dining and socializing and a living room/bedroom with two single beds, a sofa bed 140 cm and a travel bed. There is also a high chair in the accommodation. Toilet/shower/sauna/washing machine available in separate building next to the square and next to the pool/heated hot tub (costs extra)and lounge corner.

Our beach house gives you the opportunity to stay and enjoy in a unique location to say the least. You have the plot and the beach to yourselves and are clean the dream of sun, swimming and barbecue. The bottom is very shallow which is suitable for both children and dogs. The beach is also appreciated by canoeists who then have a short paddling to Stendörren Nature Reserve. The view from both the bedroom and living room makes this place enchanting and our guests blown away. Relax over a weekend or put a golden edge on the summer vacation.

Upstairs there are two more rooms of which one bedroom. Solgläntan a house on the countryside south of Nyköping close to forest, electric light tracks and sörmlandsleden. Jaktstugan Wonderfully located house that is very charming and located right by a small lake. It's very undisturbed and you really have nature tied up. The kitchen is equipped with gas stove and fridge. There is no shower, but you can swim in the lake or you can go down to the farm center a few kilometers away where both shower and WC are located. Access to rowboat and possibility of fishing. Bring your own bedding.
