Pleasant stay on a small farm near Söderköping

Spend the night in your own cottage at our small farm, Solsätter gård, 8 minutes outside Söderköping along the E22. Here we have goats, chickens, rabbits and cats. There are two single beds on the lower floor, 2-3 beds in the cozy loft. The stairs up to the loft are steep, not recommended for children under 12. Small kitchen with hotplates, microwave and refrigerator, shower and toilet. There is Wi-Fi and the possibility to charge an electric car at night. Close to a nice swimming lake with a swimming jetty, distance 5 km. Sometimes there is access to a sauna.

Own boat and free fishing in the lake, swimming in the lake from a raft or boat (not possible directly from land). Sometimes guests in othe house on the farm uses the same lake. Sauna by the lake that can be rented. Large terrace facing south furnished with dining area, sun loungers and barbecue. WIFI included. Perfect house for bigger groups and families with children. The house is renowated 2017. Two bathroom, 6 bedrooms and a large dining area with a bar. The house has a fantastic view over the lake and the yard have plenty of activities for the whole family. Big outdoor area with pool and sauna, barbeque house with room for 14-16 people. Playground for the kids, donkeys, horses, rabbits, sheep on the farm. Only 60 min from central part of Stockholm. 20 min from Nyköping.

A guesthouse, with one room and a bathroom, renovated 2017 located on our farm. There is 3 beds, but the bedsofa is made for 2, and then we have 2 single beds. The guesthouse has a little, nice outdoor deck were you can BBQ or just relax with privacy! You will have close access to nature and the lake Hjälmaren, 6 kilometers. Small supermarket is just 800 meter away. Bikes to borrow if you need. Free fishing in the lake Hjälmaren.
