Small apartment close to the beach.

Peace and beautiful nature close to the beach. This small apartment of 24 m2 is connected to a smaller cottage. It is located in the most beautiful nature with birdsong and rich wildlife outside the windows. Walk 300 meters across the field and you are at the beach. There is a private terrace in connection with the apartment. There is an insect net in the patio door, so sleep with the door open and enjoy the sounds of the night. Take the food and a bottle of wine to the hilltop of the field and enjoy the magnificent views of the fields and beach. There is a dog on the property.

New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

Newly renovated 86 sqm cottage on two floors. 3 bedrooms with double beds (can be separated to single). Charming house with wood-burning stove, new air to air heat pump and electric radiators. Cozy 800 sq.m garden located beautifully on the beachfront. From the house there is a view of the beach, water and fields, and shopping is close by. The house is isolated in a lovely protected area with the most beautiful beach. Map to the opposite side of the island. 2 TV, wifi. Sleep well. Enjoy the most beautiful enclosed garden.

Half-timbered house in the small town of Lejbølle. Go back in time with lots of patina and low ceilings. 3 wood-burning stoves for coziness, they are not heat sources (there is a heat pump). The backyard is enclosed, with a barbecue, fire pit, and an old forge iron stove for decoration. There are games and music systems (AUX jack for iPhone is there). The house has a 55” flat screen and Wi-Fi, all beds are Hästens beds, minimum Superior. I have several houses on Langeland, but this is by far the coziest with a sense of "old days".

Charming little house that has undergone a renovation in the spring of 2024 with, among other things, a new kitchen and new floors and terrace. Internet. On the first floor of the house, there are 3 bedrooms with double beds. Cozy garden with many beautiful flowers, new terrace and greenhouse. Walking distance to Dagli'brugs, paddle track, playground, bowling, fitness and beautiful nature. It is only 5 km to Lohals, where there is a cozy harbor environment, fine restaurants, cafe, bakery, crafts, ceramics, groceries.

Holiday apartment with its own fireplace - furnished in an old barn. Beautifully located in quiet and scenic surroundings with the possibility of beautiful bike/walking trips by the beach, in the forest, on the reef or around the island's many small harbors. In Thurø town there is a supermarket, bakery, inn and local beer brewery. Svendborg with cultural offerings and cozy shopping streets, the Øhavs trail, mountain bike trails, castles and museums are all within immediate reach. In addition, Thurø is a mecca for anglers.

Home away from home... Lean back, enjoy the view, and let the calm descend. The double patio door gives you the opportunity to open up, out to the water, as well as to go out on the private terrace, where your own outdoor shower is available in the summer. There is a table oven, stove, coffee maker, refrigerator with small freezer in the kitchen. Only 300 meters to the water, where there is a sandy beach. The boathouse is a separate residence from the main house, where I live with my 2 cats.

Panoramic sea view cottage in an idyllic landscape

Panoramic sea view is the key word for this beautiful wooden cottage. The living room is facing west and the beautiful, red sunset can be enjoyed by the large windows or by the terrace. The house is only 100 meters from the beach. On the large area of the beach the grass grows wild, but there is, however, established a soccer field with 2 goals. The house includes 2 bedrooms; one with bunk beds, the other with two box mattresses (max 4 persons). There are good fishing and hiking opportunities.

Unique 30 m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. There is a new 140x 200cm bed in the living room, as well as a loft with the possibility of 2 overnight guests. There is a private entrance, large wooden terrace and access to Ollerup lake and garden. You can borrow a rowing boat. Large cottage. 290 sqm large house with park-like garden and private 350 m grass path to the beach. Large kitchen and living room, pantry, laundry room, etc., 2 bathrooms. Upstairs, there are 6 bedrooms. Facilities include: Billiards in the henhouse, grand piano, toys, espresso machine and a huge garden with fruit trees and berries. Guests are responsible for their own final cleaning. Electricity consumption is charged at DKK 2.30/kWh (about DKK 40-50 per day for normal consumption).

Cozy retro style cottage in Langeland

You will stay peacefully and undisturbed in scenic rural surroundings, overlooking open fields and a short drive to forests and several lovely beaches. There is only a few minutes' drive to shopping and a harbor environment, which is lively in the summer months. The house is on 2 floors, with a cozy atmosphere in retro style. There are two living rooms - a relatively small cozy living room downstairs - and a larger living room upstairs - both with TV - also a shelter in the garden..
