Building has 4 rooms, all with own shower or bath and toilet. We can place 15 beds. We have babybeds. We have our own parking place. In the neighbourhood we have a few restaurants. Wifi free. We have also a big garden which you can use. It's a beutifull area, to bike, to walk, to visit city's (Arnhem en Nijmegen). There are several spots where you can rent bikes. De ruime villa heeft een oppervlakte van 110 m2 en 3 slaapkamers en is omringd door een grote tuin grenzend aan het bos. Het perceel van bijna 800 m2 heeft een eigen parkeerplaats, dus privacy en ruimte zijn gewaarborgd. Wij verwelkomen je van harte voor een heerlijke vakantie!

The house is full of comforts and offers views of the water. With no less than five terraces, including two cozy verandas, one with a wood-burning stove, there is always a place to relax. The bathroom has a lovely rain shower. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed and a single bed. On the first floor is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is perfect for a game of soccer or badminton!

The ground floor of the house is suitable for the disabled. Downstairs, there is a bedroom, with a double bed, and also the shower and a toilet are on the ground floor. The upper floor includes a bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There is also a toilet and a sink on the upper floor. Parking is free and sufficient. Spacious outdoor seating. Washing machine, dryer and air conditioning are available on the ground floor.
