Direct access from living room to balcony with dining area and another balcony with two chairs and views directly out over Storebælt. 40 meters to the water's edge, large wide beach - 500 meters from Mullerup Harbor. New cottage in the absolute 1st row and private beach at Musholmbugten and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is 50 m2 and with a 10 m2 annex. The house has an entrance hall, bathroom/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to a nice large loft. The house has air conditioning and a wood-burning stove. Annex contains room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as loft and alcove.

We have water on two sides of the house - and look at the light on the Storebælt bridge at night. Experience the silence and unique nature of Agersø, just 15 minutes by boat from Stigsnæs at Skælskør. Beautiful summer cottage by Kobæk beach

Great location by Kobæk beach! The cottage is located in 2 rows to the water with a nice sea view over Agersøsund and the shipping traffic! The cottage has 4 double rooms, but one is locked off for private things. There are therefore 3 double rooms with 140cm beds! The house is rented out to 7 as there is an extra mattress available. The bathroom is older but works perfectly! Kobæk beach is very natural smell and has a fantastic beach and bathing jetty. Dogs and cats are not allowed in the cottage!

Cozy and modern cottage

Kick back and relax in this stylish space. The cottage has been completely renovated and put on sale. But until the right buyer shows up, we think it's a shame that others should not be able to enjoy this lovely house. It's fully furnished, but there may be some small things missing here and there. But it's super cozy and you'll definitely find the most common - at a good price.

Fantastic beachouse

Beachhouse directly on the beach, 10 meters from the sea. 84,5 sqm. You will love the view! Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.
