A beautiful walking trail runs through the association's property. Relax with the family in this peaceful space. Smedjegården on the south side of Söderåsen is located in a scenic area. Solid residential building on 1.5 floors of 140 m2, in an elevated location with a pleasant garden, pond and wood-fired SPA. BV: Staircase. Hall Entrance with underfloor heating. The house is 250 meters from Söderåsen National Park and on the same side as the national park. Close to the bus stop and free parking for car. In the house there are two bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with five beds in a bunk bed, single bed and sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with large kitchen table. New dishwasher 2023 and new oven August 2024. Two toilets. Shower in the basement and washing machine, new in 2024, in the same space. Large table, sofa and armchair and fireplace to light. Newly-built wooden deck at the back of the house.

The distance to Helsingborg and Lund is only 45 by car, if you want to go to the city for sightseeing. This destination is suitable for families with children, solo adventurers, couples or those on a longer trip, and need a simple overnight stay on the way.
