The location is very close to many wedding venues. The Sinclair, the Lodge at Welch Allyn, Aster Lane etc. Spend some time touring the Fingerlakes wineries, swimming the lakes in the summertime, apple and pumpkin picking in the Fall, Skaneateles Dickens Christmas in December, and ice fishing in the winter. (One claim to fame of this proud historically Irish neighborhood is that it is home to the only stoplight in the US with the green on top!)

Stairwell to apartment is narrow and could be a challenge for some. Access to fenced private family garden if you like. We are often around and outside but the apt is very private.
