We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016. It definitely was love at first sight :-) Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50m away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2020, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

New and air-conditioned, fully equipped, it is close to shops, bars and restaurants. Free parking in the building. Beautiful bike path along the sea. Cleaning is included in the price. Waterfront apartment, facing the sea with direct access to the sandy beach of Le Cros. Superb 180° view of the sea as well as the Gaou peninsula, the Embiez island and the Sanary bay. Ideal for 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) but 5 beds if needed (a double bed, 3 single beds). 5 min walk to the port of Brusc and its pier for the Embiez Island. Coastal trail from Cros Beach with its beautiful coves. Sanary-sur-Mer is a 10-minute drive away.

The peninsula

'La Gaou' is our family home located 100 m from the coast facing the Embiez archipelago and right next to the Gaou Islands. These natural spaces are sources of inspiration as the landscapes change according to the sun's path and climatic conditions. On the first floor of our villa, the apartment called 'La Presqu'île' intended for our visitors, offers a real balcony over the Brusc lagoon and views of the open sea.

Sanary sur mer- All on foot

We offer a charming freshly renovated studio in downtown Sanary. Comfortable as you wish, you will enjoy quality bedding, new. A 3-minute walk from the marina, you will be ideally located to enjoy what Sanary has to offer. Shopping shops are also close by. For parking, there are free spaces very close by. If necessary, there is a subscription at 36 euros per week at the car park of the esplanade at 5 min walk.
