My house situated in a traditional cretan village in the south,called sivas, only a 10 min. drive to Matala, Komos, Faistos will be excellent for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. It is at the quietest zone of the village, however the village square is full of life and restaurants and only a 2 minute walk. The balcony has a spectacular view of Psiloritis and the surrounding area, where you can just relax or enjoy your breakfast!

The villa exterior is illuminated at night, highlighting a modern design complemented by a sparkling blue pool. Comfortable lounge chairs sit beside the pool, while a patio area features a dining table under a covered terrace, creating a serene outdoor setting.
