Because it’s in the south part of Crete, even in the windy days you can find a beach that’s calm enough for swimming. The Minoan palace of Faistos, the archeological site of Gortyna, the cave-graves of Matala are also only 10 minutes away.

It has a terrace with a view of Psiloritis, a romantic courtyard garden where you can enjoy your privacy undisturbed, a double bedroom, a small kitchen and a bathroom with a spacious shower. Everything has been designed with great attention to detail. Information about the climate tax: In the case of Little Pearl, it is 8.00 euros per night.

Built into a sun-warmed hillside in southern Crete, our main house was the one we designed for ourselves — and it shows. Open-plan living with floor-to-ceiling windows, mountain views to the north, and sunsets over the Mediterranean to the west. Relaxing in the living room, you can see the ancient Minoan palace of Phaistos across the Messara Valley. It's the kind of place where you sit down with your coffee and an hour disappears.

It has a private terrace of 20 sq.m., a balcony of 5 sq.m. overlooking the sea, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, a smart TV, WiFi, air conditioning with a fan coil, underfloor heating and private parking. Cosmostrom mattresses offer a comfortable sleep.
