An approximately 80 square meter and bright apartment awaits you: with fitted kitchen (including dishwasher, electric stove with oven, fridge with freezer compartment and coffee maker); large living room with TV and a dining area and a covered balcony; large bedroom with double bed and single bed (if necessary also a baby travel bed); small bathroom with shower and toilet. Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

Apartment near the Danube Valley, Lake Constance, Swabian Alps

The apartment is on the ground floor. It is simply and functionally furnished. All rooms have daylight windows. In the apartment and on the terrace you have absolute peace. You can walk at the renatured quarry lakes and in the surrounding forests. Some of the quarry lakes have been converted into spacious natural beach baths. A bike path leads right past the house. The Upper Danube Valley, Lake Constance and the Swabian Alps are between 10 and 30 minutes away by car.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us.
