Big and cosy room 11 km from the lake of constance

Our nice 25 sqm room with bathrooom is located in a little village with green and quiet environment. If it's clear you can see the alps from the garden. You will have your own entrance. In 1 km distance you can find a supermarket and a restaurant in the main village of the community. You can reach sites of interrest at the lake of constance like Überlingen (18km) or Konstanz (42km) and Bodman-Ludwigshafen (11km). A nice little public pool (Naturbad) is very close, only some minutes to walk.

The holiday home is located in a former barn with a stork's nest, which has been expanded modern. The large living and dining area is characterized by a very large ceiling height and a lot of air (4.20 m height), the fully glazed barn gate brings light into the room. The bedroom (former cowshed) is located inside and therefore particularly quiet. Other rooms: kitchen, pantry (spacious storage for suitcases, etc.), hallway, bathroom with walk-in shower.

Lovingly furnished, cozy 2-room apartment in a beautiful and idyllic location on the lake between the harbor and the beach in Wallhausen, with lots of charm and leisure opportunities. A lovely self-catering flat, with separate entrance, available for short breaks or longer holidays. Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
