The old furniture and the ancestors on the walls testify to the splendor of the past. A well-equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher is available as well as cozy box-spring beds for the night and Wi-Fi and satellite TV with Netflix subscription. The Bel-Etage is located on the ground floor of the house.

Spacious apartment in a fantastic location in Simmerath-Dedenborn, located directly on the Rur. Our house is the ideal starting point for hikes on the Eifelsteig, around the Rursee and in the national park. From the private balcony you have a magnificent view of the Rur. Distance to the supermarket: 8 km From January 1, 2025, you will have to pay us an overnight accommodation fee (5% of the booking price) in cash. This amount must be passed on 1:1 to the municipalities!
