Ventnor is the place to go if you want some peace and quiet. Bordering on acreage farmland, 'Florida' is your little piece of serenity. The house is on a 740m2 fully fenced block with beautiful gum trees that provide both shade and privacy. The outside deck is perfectly located off the living area and has a BBQ, table and chairs. This bungalow is perfect for a little stop on this beautiful island. The bungalow has a basic kitchenette. The undercover BBQ also has a gas hob for cooking outside. The bathroom/toilet has recently been added to the bungalow. An outside shower for when you get home from the beach or need a quick cool down after a sauna.
