There is one queen-size bed and one pull out couch, that is roughly twin sized, and a stylishly decorated full bathroom. The studio has one small step at the entrance landing.

Comfortable, modern house set right on a working cow horse ranch, where you can view the horses, alfalfa fields and the most amazing sunsets! Traveling with your horses? We offer layover services too, just ask! If more than two guests, we do have an air mattress for the living room. NO ANIMALS IN THE UNIT! $150 fine for animals in the unit. We have heated indoor/outdoor kennels for animals.
