Our newly renovated holiday home with two apartments is located at 1300 m in the picturesque Walser village of Schmitten in the middle of Graubünden: The world-famous ski resorts of Davos, Lenzerheide and Savognin can be reached in 20 minutes each, St-Moritz can also be reached by the Albula cable car in 1 hour all year round. Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela," the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure activities.

Supermarket and free winter ski bus stop: 3 mins. Closest downhill ski area 5 mins by ski bus. Engadin ski marathon cross-country trail right in front of house. Lots of beautiful hiking trails.

Geniessen Sie einen entspannenden Aufenthalt in unserer ganzjährig attraktiven Wohnung in Sils-Maria. Die Wohnung verfügt über dreieinhalb Zimmer auf zwei Stockwerken sowie eine sonnige Terrasse. Unsere Wohnung ist bestens geeignet für Paare, Familien mit Kindern und kleine Gruppen. Die Wohnung liegt quasi direkt an der Langlauloipe und in der Nähe der Ski-Talstation Furtschellas in einer ruhigen Häusergruppe aus den 70er Jahren. Das Dorfzentrum und die Busstation sind zu Fuss erreichbar.

Das Apartment wurde Ende 2017 total renoviert. Vom Wohn-, Ess-, und allen Schlafzimmern hat man eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Silsersee und die Berge. Das Wohn- sowie ein Schlafzimmer haben Zutritt zu einer grossen Terrasse. Das Bad enthält sowohl eine Dusche als auch eine Badewanne.
