The apartment in the countryside is located on the upper floor of a historic farmhouse with a huge natural garden directly on the field and forest. From the spacious kitchen/dining/living area view of the garden and village. The sleeping area for 4-6 people consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds and a second living/play room with sleeping accommodations for 2 people (opens up the 2 bedrooms). For 8 people, another bedroom with a double bed (12 sqm) is added. Spacious toilet/bathroom area (16 sqm) with shower and tub.

We live in the countryside with lots of greenery and fresh air and free spirit and are open to guests. The bake house, with traditional furnishings, wood-burning stove, sleeping loft and completely timeless comfort, is located separately on the property. Next to the residential building (40 m away) is the modern bathhouse for the exclusive use of our guests. In our house, we read a lot, philosophize, drink good wine and take care of the essentials in life, purely minimalist! Adventure instead of luxury.

The high-quality interior invites you to relax. Here, at the gate to the Vogelsberg, among other things, is the entrance to the volcano mountain bike trail "Mühlental." Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

You can use and explore our 20,000 m² lot. Not far from our farm you will find a unique vantage point. Here with us, the hare and fox say good night.
