New tiny house, on 13 private acres, suitable for two adults. Spend the day hiking at Yosemite and come home to your hot tub filled with mountain spring water and sparkling new tiny home. Over 13 acres with amazing views, in the residential zone near Bass Lake. There are two other homes on the 13 acres at the top of the property, but they are vacant. Cellular is better than wifi in the mountains. We have the only wifi available and it is not something we'd market as reliable.

We have A Private mountain getaway. 26 foot trailer with kitchen, bath & shower. Close to Yosemite South Entrance (approx. 40 minute drive). Bass Lake is just mins away. Bandit Town is just a short 5 minutes away. If gambling is your desire, the Chukchansi Casino is approx. a 30 minute drive. We have many other lakes close to our site, Manzanita, Shaver, and Huntington. Excellent WIFI. A great place to relax and take in the mountain air and enjoy the view.
