If you just want to get away from it all or plan active holidays with hikes / bike rides in Siegerland and Rothaarsteig, you are in the right place. The holiday apartment is located directly in the forest and with hiking trails, lakes and rivers a lot of variety is offered. Restaurants, bakeries and supermarkets can be reached in 3 minutes. It is a 12-minute drive to the highway and the center of the university city of Siegen.

Cozy apartment since September 2017 in a very quietly located former farmhouse on the edge of the forest. If you are looking for hustle and bustle, you will not find it here. However, if you want to switch off and are looking for relaxation, you have come to the right place. Certified by the DTV with 3 stars. If desired, the refrigerator (for a fee) can be filled. In the garden there is a spacious garden house, which we also make available to our guests by arrangement.

As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

Wenn du also Teilweise von dort aus arbeiten musst und dich gerne in der Natur aufhältst, dann bist du hier richtig aufgehoben. Natürlich eignet sich die Wohnung aber auch um dich zu erholen und einfach ein bisschen Dorfromantik zu genießen.

Vacationers who want to ski can reach several small ski resorts within half an hour by car (only natural snow) The large ski resort in and around Winterberg (with snow cannons) is 1.5 hours away.

I rent out a cozy 2-room apartment in Siegen Kaan-Marienborn. It has a private entrance. Contactless key exchange is possible. The apartment is centrally located and has a good connection to the city center (direct bus connection; 3.5 km). There is also a variety of shopping, restaurants, banks and doctors nearby (within a few minutes walk). I attach great importance to hygiene and cleanliness (see description).
