We offer two beautiful cottages (The Hemingway and The FW) that are located on 50 acres at the end of a dead end road. Surrounded by thousands of privately owned acreage, featuring abundant wildlife (deer, turkey, birdwatchers paradise). This is a working cattle ranch so you can take in sunsets as cattle graze in front of you. Cottages are newly built and fully furnished. Be our guest and come enjoy a romantic date night or if you need a place to stay for work, we have Wifi. Our place is simple, cozy, and offers a fun night away. Walking distance to historic downtown Shiner, Welhausen Park and the Spoetzl Brewery. Come and enjoy yourself in the "cleanest little city in Texas." Our cottage is one big room, queen size bed, shower/tub bathroom. It is set back from the street to the left of our home. We have a kitchenette with a full size coffee bar.

This is a perfect place to spend for an overnight stay or a short trip. The reason for this is because there is no kitchen, only a small fridge and microwave. The breeze way in between the guest suite and the main house is shared with owners but you will have total privacy in the guest suite which is separate from the main house. The Otto house is walking distance from downtown Schulenburg and has a cozy, quaint feel. The house has 2 bedrooms, one with a full bed and the other a queen, along with a futon in the living room. We currently do not have a TV or Wifi, but what better way to get away from the bustle of everyday life and enjoy the peace and quiet of small town life.
