Die Wohnung befindet sich 30 m vom See im 200 Jahre alten Pferdestall des Gutshauses. Sie wurde 2018 mit viel Lehm und Liebe ausgebaut. Sie hat 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, kostenlose eigene Sauna, große Wohnküche mit Kamin und eine Terrasse mit schönem Blick auf den See. Vom Steg aus kann man angeln, schwimmen oder Vögel beobachten. Es gibt kostenlos Kanu, Paddelboot, SUP, Abenteuer-Spieplatz mit Baumschaukel, Feuerstelle, Tischtennis-Platte, Badminton, Strandkorb und Sonnenliegen.

You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with fully equipped kitchens, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two additional guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open half-timbered and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

In the past 5 years, we have renovated the Zahren estate house with great effort and ecologically (clay plaster) and largely according to historical models but also with modern accents. The manor house, including the spacious common rooms on the first floor and a total of 4 apartments, can also be rented as an offsite location or privately individually or as a whole. It is located in a landscape park on approx. 20,000 square meters, which can be shared by our guests.

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

The modern furnished granny apartment is located in a quiet residential area and is only a 5-minute walk from Lake Lankow and 15 minutes from the city center (car / public transport). Detached single boathouse directly on Schweriner Ziegelaußensee for two people. The house has direct lake access with two large, furnished terraces and a balcony to the water. It is modernly equipped with TV and infrared radiators. A separate bathroom with shower, vanity unit and toilet is available. The kitchen has an induction stovetop, a microwave with oven and a dishwasher. Parking is of course also available.
