At "Villa Pepita Mallorca", you'll have private use of the tennis court and the 5mx10m saltwater swimming pool which is heated approx mid-April to end-Oct. A BBQ is also available (please buy briquettes) as is a professional pizza oven. The house is ideal for a group of three friends or a couple with perhaps one child. You’ll love it here because of the peaceful, secluded location, large grounds and above facilities. Please see 'Other things to note' which contains info of use to most guests.

Descripción del apartamento: La puerta de la entrada al piso da a un recibidor, este recibidor tiene dos puertas, una a la izquierda donde se encuentra el espacio privado publicado y otro a la derecha donde es el espacio del dueño. En tu espacio privado tienes todas las comodidades sin molestia de nadie como se ve reflejado en las fotos. Vistas al puerto.

Desconecta de la rutina en esta tiny house romantica, llena de encanto y magia. Descubre Mallorca en un entorno natural privilegiado, en plena naturaleza , a los pies del monasterio de Cura y Sant Honorat. A 20 minutos de Es Trenc y bonitas calas y a 20 min de Palma. Unico y relajante. Puro sabor mediterráneo rodeado de naranjos y huerto de aromaticas. Preciosas puestas de sol con un clima único. Ubicada fuera del pueblo, ( a 1 km de Randa y a 3 de Llucmajor) es necesario contar con vehiculo.

In the heart of the island, in the countryside, at 3 km away from Muro Village, is located this quiet and charming old building completely independent from the main house. I refit it in 2018 into a small room. The bathroom is outside of the bedroom and the full kitchen is under a terrace with an open and beautiful view to the countryside and a small garden. It is ideal for lovers of nature, animals lovers, couples or/and a strategic point for cyclists.

Beautiful one bedroom parterre flat with own entrance and little garden. The house is located in Genova which is an emblematic area with a village like feel in Palma. Very well connected with a bus stop just 1min by foot and only 7 min to palma centre and 5min to closest beach by bus. There is a pharmacy, plenty of local restaurants and a little shop for buying groceries open every day, just walking distance from the house.
