Welcome to our vacation nest, El Nido, which we newly furnished in July 2022. Only 200m from the marina in quiet, well-kept apartment complex with swimming pool (with rental license ETVPL-13637). 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 of them en-suite), 70m² + 12m² balcony + 60m² private roof terrace with panoramic views to the harbor and the mountains/Sant Salvador, open kitchen to the dining/ living room. Restaurants, Bar, shops, supermarkets and doctors within walking distance. Bedding, towels, Nespresso coffee machine available.

Unser Studio Polly liegt geschützt in Mitten des malerischen Zitronengartens und verfügt über einen sehr großzügigen Außenbereich mit Sitzmöglichkeiten. „Polly“ verfügt über ca. 45 m² auf einer Ebene und ist komplett ebenerdig. Doppelbett (1,60cmx2,00cm), und eine Schlafcouch für eine dritte Person vorhanden. Die Küchenzeile ist voll ausgestattet und bietet neben einem Herd auch einen Backofen. Das Bad ist ebenfalls barrierefrei und verfügt über eine sehr große begehbare Dusche.

"Ses Ones" is an exceptional house located on the first line of the sea overlooking the bay of Pollensa. The house is located in a residential area called El Barcarés de Alcúdia. It is an area well known for its tranquility and its proximity to the town of Alcudia (1 Km.) In this walled village with a lot of history we can find all the necessary services: Supermarkets, Restaurants, Pharmacies and there are also 2 weekly markets with typical products of the island of Mallorca.

Ideally located next to the ancient Roman villa of Pollença, fifteen minutes from the center and five of several restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Great for couples who don't want to drive on vacation. Bus stop 100 meters away, popular and quality restaurants 2 and/or five minutes walk. A 15-minute walk from the town center 5 km from beautiful beaches. It has an exquisite garden with lawn and fruit trees and a beautiful 10 x 3 meter pool
