Rated two stars by Gîtes de France, the 35 m2 1-bedroom apartment consists of a small bedroom with a 160 bed, bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, equipped kitchenette, two-seater sofa, TV, air conditioning, dressing room, 10 m2 covered terrace, 8 m2 bike storage, washing machine, BBQ. This contemporary interior building is less than 10 minutes from the large lakes and shops, 15 minutes from the seaside resort of Biscarrosse beach, 45 minutes from Arcachon. Enjoy a new apartment in a secure residence in the center of Parentis en Born. You will enjoy its balcony and covered parking space. Beautifully decorated and perfectly equipped it is in the immediate vicinity of a supermarket, a very good bakery and a famous restaurant. Lake Parentis with its beach and nautical base is 1.2 km away. The beach of Biscarrosse is 20 km away and Arcachon 42 km. The Pyla Dune is 37 km away. It's the perfect location away from the crowds.

Nice fisherman's house 100 m from the ocean

Nice little bright fisherman's house. Close to the ocean, you will be steps from the beach. Close to shops and activities, you can easily do everything on foot but BEWARE in summer our seaside resort is very busy and our little house close to entertainment (concerts) and restaurants loses its tranquility, especially in the evening. Ideal for a couple with 2 children. We often come to enjoy this little cocoon and are happy to share it with you!

Studio of 25m² at the back of the owners' garden, well appointed and comfortable for 1 or 2 people. Possibility to park in the street in front of the house. Property located in a small town in the Landes with all amenities on foot. You will be 5 min (by car) from Lake Parentis, 15 min from Sanguinet where you have beautiful beaches on Lake Cazaux and 25 min from the ocean (Biscarrosse Plage). No smoking allowed No pets allowed.
