Sea view with a large 1900 m2 garden, very peaceful, surrounded by 2 large properties that guarantee absolute calm. At the bottom of your garden, a small wild path leads directly to the 5 km beach by crossing the bird sanctuary without crossing any roads or cars. Rejuvenating!
