Newly constructed in 2019, take in treetop views from the loft nest overlooking interesting architectural lines and a cleverly designed open kitchen-living space. This entire house with private, dedicated access allows you to come and go easily. We provide luxury linens, a sparkling clean house and all the amenities of home. We're located steps from the popular restaurants and shopping of South Congress! Please note: you must climb a spiral staircase to get to the guest house. The second bed is in a loft accessible with a ladder. You need solid mobility. This guest house was completed in 2019 and is perched above a spiral staircase to get to the main floor. You will also need to climb a loft ladder to utilize the second queen bed in the loft so we do want to make sure you're aware and comfortable doing so. The house has tons of natural light, high end furnishings and 20 foot vaulted ceilings! It was designed and built for guests to have all the amenities like luxurious bedding and fixtures right in the heart of classics like Guero's, The Continental Club, Hopdoddy's, Home Slice and more! The dedicated outdoor porch lets you start your day with a coffee from the in-unit Nespresso or Mañana, the coffee shop right next door. You can enjoy live music during the weekends at multiple spots nearby! You'll have access to the entire guest suite and dedicated porch with outdoor seating. This is a completely separate guest house and so you have fully private and separate entrance. Aside from normal workdays we're often available in person but we are always just a text or message away! Come and go easily with private access to this inviting Travis Heights guesthouse. The lively South Congress commercial area, the Rainey Street Historic District, quiet tree-lined streets great for walking, and the downtown area are all just minutes away. The dedicated outdoor porch lets you start your day with a coffee from the in-unit N-espresso or Manana, the coffee shop right next door. You can enjoy live music at the weekend at multiple spots nearby and lovely local shopping! Uber and Lyft are staples of transportation in Austin as well as scooters and bikes that you can pick up on the sidewalk. We are on an express bus line as well that can take you near and far. You're in the heart of it all and it's easy to get around. We also offer 1 on-site parking space if you choose to rent or drive in your own car. The hotel next door is a popular venue for events that take place often on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. This means there could be loud, live music for weddings and events. It ends by 11 pm on the weekends but be aware if you'd be disturbed by it. We love the energy it brings but it's not for everyone.

Open the yellow front door and enter an apartment that fuses traditional architecture with a modern Parisian vibe. Wake up in a light-filled bedroom and step through the floor-to-ceiling window to the gorgeous wraparound balcony. This adorable one-bedroom apartment features a brand-new kitchen and bathroom with a modern Parisian vibe. Open the yellow front door and enter a living room/kitchen combination that's got everything you need to relax comfortably after a long day riding the streetcar, strolling through Audubon Park and eating poboys and crawfish at Frankie & Johnny's. (See our complete list of the best neighborhood restaurants for more info.) A beautiful wood staircase leads upstairs to a light-filled bedroom, bath and tucked-away workspace. The cheery bathroom has subway tiles on the wall and penny rounds on the floor. There's a floor-to-ceiling window that provides access to a wraparound balcony with views of the St. Charles Avenue streetcar and the lovely neighborhood. Two giant oak trees in front of the house provide a leafy green canopy for most of the year. You have your own completely private apartment and your own balcony. We have a separate front door that leads to our side of the house. We will be happy to answer questions and help out whenever we're around. The home is in a beautiful neighborhood with a streetcar stop nearby that gets to downtown in just 20 minutes. Spend the day walking through the Audubon Zoo and explore the historic and exciting French Quarter at night. The apartment is a half block from a St. Charles Avenue streetcar stop. There is ample street parking in front of the house. You can walk to Magazine Street, Freret Street (also lots of restaurants and bars) and Audubon Park. Vacation or business, we expect you treat our home as if it were your own. No smoking indoors. No pets. No late night caterwauling. You must also acknowledge: Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to $200.

It features 12 ft ceilings, comfortable, colorful furniture, soothing jetted baths in 2.5 bathrooms, and a charming backyard with a grill for relaxing afternoons and starlit evenings. I renovated this 1882 bungalow in 2014, and it was featured on the Old Fourth Ward Tour of Homes. The home has a spacious, open-concept, contemporary feel, with a warmth of eclectic furnishings. The space features a 10 ft' kitchen island, stainless steel appliances, decorative fireplace, 3 bedrooms (with high-end queen-sized beds) and 2.5 baths, with two jetted tubs. You can also enjoy the charming backyard from the backporch, with ample lounge and dining seating. Guests have access to the entire home and backyard. Old Fourth Ward is an exciting neighborhood home to locals and A-list celebrities. It boasts trendy restaurants and bars, the historic Fourth Ward Park, as well as Martin Luther King's birth home and museum all nearby. There are three Marta stations within 2 miles of the house; one is 1.2 miles. UBER is extremely convenient and always available within a few minutes, so I don't ever bother with taxis. Uber is also about half the price to the airport as taxis. There is also a bike rental shop 1 block away on the Beltline, where you can walk or bike to Piedmont Park, Midtown and Inman Park. Definitely check out the "Beltline"; it's a hugely popular paved biking and walking trail just 1 block from the house that takes you through great neighborhoods and ends at Atlanta's largest park (Piedmont Park). Locals go there to see and be seen, bar hop, and exercise.

Walk to the Light Rail and travel to the Theater District to take in a show. Walkable neighborhood, close to the light rail, and bike rental stations, with quick and easy access to all the highways.
