Hi everyone! Welcome to my home located in Sommerécourt in Haute-Marne, a small village bordering the Vosges. Fully renovated house for short or long stays. Away from the village, the house gives you access to a nice walk or bike ride. We are 10 minutes from the A31 motorway exit. Perfect for a restful night before hitting the road again. The house can accommodate 4 people. The accommodation has been classified as furnished tourist accommodation since January 2025.

Upstairs in a building steeped in history, it has 3 bedrooms with 160 cm beds, a friendly open kitchen, a warm living room and a modern bathroom. Arcade, Wi-Fi, TV package, petanque, ping-pong, darts, badminton and bicycles available. Furnished terrace and simple parking. Ideal for discovering the green Haute-Marne. You will find the warmth of a good wood fire in winter and the coolness in summer thanks to its thick stone walls. It is located in a very small village where you can discover an ancient medieval fortress, a dedicated museum, an enchanting estate made of rockery creation.(Lavaux). You can also visit my artist's studio.

"The house next door" Small country house

"La Maison d'à côté", a small country house, refurbished, welcomes you for a work stay or a family stay. Located in a village of 1200 inhabitants, 10 km from Langres and 1 km from the LANGRES-NORD motorway exit, junction of the A5 and A31 motorways. In the center of the village, you will have access to essential shops: Bakery, pharmacy, supermarket (open every day), doctor, nurses, garages, bar-restaurant, food truck. No parking worries.

Gîte des Alouettes

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage is next to our house. It has a separate entrance through a small courtyard and opens onto the garden. It consists of a large and bright living room and an equipped kitchen, which has an old bread oven, on the ground floor. Upstairs, in the attic, a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, reading area and 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 single bed.

Château Viéndal, Villiers.

Château Viéndal has been carefully renovated and partly converted into a gite. Empire-style furniture harmonizes with modern furniture. A swimming pool, sauna, petanque court, electric bikes and a beautiful garden are at your disposal. An outdoor hot tub for 6 people completes our wellness offering. All three apartments are equipped with wifi and TV. They have a full kitchen. The Villiers apartment is a 3 room 70m2.
