┏━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┓ ◆ 一日一組限定/貸切り～老舗旅館と蔵の再生体験型ステイ ◆ ┗━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━┛ ■ 立地、歴史、特徴 ■ 松山/道後の港町「三津浜」の、江戸時代建造の白壁土蔵４棟、４つの庭園に囲まれた、築１０４年老舗料亭旅館(旧河長旅館)を～白漆喰土壁、天然建仁寺竹塀など、少しづつリフォームを行い再生（再生途中）しました。当初はほぼ１００％インバウンド向け宿泊施設としてオープンした古民家宿です。現在２月下旬から、蔵内部の露天風呂と、水回り中心のリフォーム工事を行っています。 ■ 癒しの苔庭 ■ 前庭、中庭、奥庭と３つの苔庭があり、井戸水が至るところへと湧き流れており、手水鉢、筧、鹿威し、飛石の間を流れる小川、壺池の中には、錦鯉、メダカ、タナゴ、川海老などが生息しており、野鳥が訪れるビオトープ空間。 ■ チックインラウンジ（カフェ/バースペース）、お土産コーナー ■ 離れ(本館)一階は、本格的カクテルが飲めます。バリ島等海外輸入インテリア雑貨/アクセサリー/天然石/おまじない等のお土産コーナーがあります。

Ｗooden house in the mountain with a big garden

There is a small river and a nice old house of Japanese style next to the house .The tool of the barbecue is prepared. （Please bring an ignition agent and charcoal） it's comfortable in summer as the temperature is a few degrees lower than in the city. As of 2024, mobile phones have become much easier to connect to. （no wi-fi） The air conditioner was installed in 2022, but it is only on the first floor.Enjoy the natural air. There is a fan. Firewood isn't available from May as it will be warmer.

Due to the recent rise in prices , we will unavoidably raise the price from 2023. For pilgrims and long-term stays, we plan to start another one, if you need more cheaper price, please contact me. House is just a short walk to the regular ferry terminal to Okinoshima, and15-minute drive to Enkoji,NO39 Shikoku88. This house is old but nice spacious two-story . you can use whole facility for private . The ceiling of first floor is a bit low and the bath is small. but has a good ocean view.

松山空港から車で35分。伊予インターから車で13分。 JR伊予市駅から車で13分 JR伊予上灘駅から車で3分、徒歩14分。道後温泉や松山城の観光、とべ動物園などへは、車で約40〜50分。 JR下灘駅まで、車で9分 2019年に全面リフォームしたかわいいお家。キッチンや風呂、トイレも新しくしました。8畳の和室が寝室。約10畳のリビングダイニングは洋室。広いデッキテラス。前庭もあります。近隣で遊ぶなら・・・海遊び、空遊び、陸遊びの拠点として、双海町を満喫できます。水着を着たまま歩いて海まで、徒歩約2分。ふたみシーサイド公園(道の駅、海水浴)まで、車で3分、徒歩10分。潮風ふれあい公園(遊具のある公園、テニスコート、サッカー場)まで車で5分、徒歩27分。シーカヤックやサップ、パラグライダーの体験ができる教室もあります。(要予約) 海岸線の国道をサイクリングするのもおすすめ。家でのんびりするなら、・・・デッキテラスで、空、緑を楽しむ。前庭にテントを張って、キャンプ気分。バーベキューで、おいしいひと時。家庭菜園があるので、野菜の収穫ができる時期もあります。

This is a traditional Japanese house that was completely renovated to be a vacation home for Tokyo businessmen. Surrounded by trees and the quiet location make it an ideal place to unplug, unwind, read a book, do yoga, work in the garden or laze in the hammock. Just 15 minutes by car to Shimanto City shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to Shimanto River or the beach, this house is a great base for exploring the area and an oasis of relaxation after a busy day of sightseeing.

700m from JR Shimonada station. A house with ocean view and quiet circumstance. 4 cars Parking. When you get a chance you can see sunset, you will loose any words. The house is Japanese wood building which has wide corridor, kitchen, living room and it was built in 1985. There is wood stove in Living room. The remarkable space of the house is Japanese style bath tub with wood wall. Only 1 group, a couple or family stay a night. So, you can stay here as your house. Relax here!
