Our duplex apartment with its own entrance and parking space is located between vineyards and the Main. The surrounding area offers numerous excursion opportunities. Dream hiking trails and Main Valley bike trails start right outside the door. You can experience medieval flair in the historic village center and the surrounding communities. Numerous swimming coves invite you to swim and go on SUP tours in summer

Ideal for guests seeking tranquility and relaxation and want to enjoy the hospitable wine town of Iphofen, with numerous restaurants and perfect infrastructure. Access to the property is via a steep old wooden staircase. Therefore not suitable for people with walking difficulties or those who are heavily intoxicated. Better drink the last glass of wine upstairs! Bakery, supermarket, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, train station all within walking distance.

A bakery café & a bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge and the Main Ferry Nixe in about 10 minutes. In summer temperatures, the Main and the nearby outdoor pool invite you to swim. As a special bonus, there is a 10% discount on all fabrics at Stoffglück in the house.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

An open dining area features a wooden table surrounded by chairs, complemented by a simple pendant light. A staircase with wooden steps and a metal railing leads to the upper level, while exposed wooden beams add texture to the walls.

Beautiful apartment from the 16th century

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

Between the vineyards and the Main, our apartment shows a special side - a bit vintage, a bit playful - maybe a little unusual - but that's why it's special. And always with a lot of coziness! You can discover Marktbreit and the surrounding wine villages, but the small terrace also invites you to linger.

A modern kitchen is presented with a combination of light cabinetry and dark countertops. A round dining table with four chairs occupies the space, while a small rug enhances the area by the sink. Large windows provide natural light and views of the outside.

The apartment (75 sqm) is located on the 1st floor and has a bedroom with a large double bed and a pull-out daybed. In the large living and dining room, an additional 2 person sofabed can be pulled out. There is a bathroom, a toilet, a storage room, a kitchen with dining area and a large balcony (30 sqm).

This stylish place to stay is perfect for up to 4 people. As a starting point for day trips, bike rides, hikes or motorcycle tours, the apartment is ideally located. The historic town center can be reached in a 10-minute walk. Marktbreit also has a diverse gastronomy. Of course, Franconian cuisine is excellently represented and invites you to linger. Supermarkets for self-catering, pharmacies and doctors are on site.
