Studio of 21m ² located in the center of the village of La Rosière, with access to the slopes. With a small balcony facing north, quiet with a view on the slopes. Equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet. Private ski locker available in the residence 1 sofa bed, 1 bunk bed and 1 mezzanine. Appartement lumineux, situé dans le quartier du Lavachet à 2100 m d'altitude, desservi par les navettes gratuites. Balcon exposé plein sud avec vue sur le célèbre glacier de la Grande Motte. La résidence est située à 50m des commerces (superette, boulangerie, location de matériel, restaurants, caisses forfaits de ski en hiver etc.) L'accès aux pistes de ski se trouve à 100m et le retour à la résidence peut s'effectuer skis aux pieds (de décembre à mai). Classé 2 étoiles en meublé de tourisme, je vous propose mon petit paradis face Mont Blanc de 26m2 ,chaleureux et équipé pour 1 à 4 personnes situé au 1er étage d'un chalet avec balcon qui vous offrira une vue Mont Blanc à couper le souffle. A 5 min des pistes de ski l’hiver ( navette gratuite dans la résidence ) et piscine chauffée l'été juste devant le chalet ( ouverture du 1er juillet au 1er sept ) . Village /Commerces à 8kms,thermes et gare sncf à Saint Gervais le fayet à 11kms.
