Welcome to Cairn Cottage, a classic one-room, stone cottage sitting a stones throw from the Osage Arm of The Lake of the Ozarks (69MM). Relax in nature from the hot tub year around. From May to September (and sometimes later) you can enjoy the Kayaks and SUPs at the lake lot. Please note that the cottage and lake lot are a short golf cart ride from each other. A boat slip is available 5/31-9/7 upon request. We always recommend travel insurance but especially encourage it during winter months.

The Whistle House

Be Our Guest at The Whistle House our building was built in 1906. It was home to Whistle Soda Bottling Company. We have renovated the apartment in the building. Relax and Enjoy! We have WIFI, 2 Smart TV's among everything else you could need. Katy depot is .08 miles for Katy trail riders. We are close to downtown, Ozark Coffee is .05 miles, Lamy building .03 miles which has Bistro No. 5 & Bar, Foundry 324 Event Center. We would love for you to stay with us. Billy & Christene Meyer.

Walking distance to Katy Trail, Downtown Sedalia, Bothwell Hospital, drug store, grocery store, urgent care and only 2.1 miles to Missouri State Fairgrounds. House has three bedrooms. One downstairs and two upstairs in addition to a daybed located in downstairs sitting room. All amenities including a wonderful laundry room, stocked kitchen, and a huge fenced backyard. Very homey and tranquil.

This updated downtown retreat has two bedrooms, 1 bath, kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry. Off street parking is behind the house. This property has a large fenced in yard with deck and firepit. Majority of the time you can catch a nice breeze in the backyard while you relax. In the winter you can enjoy the gas fireplace in the living room and stay warm. Downtown is just walking distance way with historic sites and restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.

Patio for grilling or just enjoying the scenery. Only 20 min from Truman Lake.10 minutes from Missouri State Fairgrounds.

Built in 1880, the building is on the national Historic Register. The Loft is a fully updated, 1500 sq ft, 2 bed, 2 bath space with off-street parking, a shed to secure your bikes for the trail, 12x20 deck with grill and table seating. Come enjoy our log home! This home was built as a model log home. It has its own charm and beauty and is a great place to unwind if you don’t mind some road noise. High speed internet is available-but no TV The property is convenient and easy to access,with a large parking area, although being next to I70 it is not quiet and secluded, expect road noise.( ear plugs and white noise machines are provided.) There is no Laundry-A local Laundromat is available.

The Shouse

The Shouse is a rustic living quarters built directly under the same roof as our horse stable. Bring your horses along and they can stay here too. The home has recently been fully renovated from an Amish tack shop. It is located in the heart of an Amish community. Spend your evenings relaxing on the front porch and watch the horse and buggies go by. Ask about booking your own buggy ride while you stay to get the most out of your visit!

Artist's Cottage at The Dancing Bear Farm

Get away from it all with a stay in this cozy cottage out in the middle of serene farm land. Cuddle up by the fire with a good book. Take a walk down to the pond. Enjoy spectacular bird watching.
