Renovated 18m² ground floor studio located in a private courtyard 5 minutes walk from the city center of Conches. It includes a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stove, KRUPS coffee maker, a 160x200 cm sofa bed with a new mattress. The bathroom includes a hair dryer, toilet, shower cubicle and small sink. It also includes a TV (100 channels) + Wifi you can also park your car inside the common courtyard.

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
