And you can't beat the location: Three blocks from the Seaview beach approach, on a quiet street filled with lovely Victorian-era homes. Recently fully remodeled with great attention to detail, it also has a lovely front yard with low-smoke Solo Stove fire pit. Private, peaceful and a wonderful base from which to explore the Long Beach Peninsula, Astoria and all this area has to offer.

Ilwaco is a small port town on the WA coast with lots of character. The living space of our modern carriage house is upstairs so it's light & cozy, 600sq ft. It's a 2 minute walk to the port & 10 minute bike ride to Cape Disappointment (lots of bikes to use in the garage) and the beach. Upstairs-master bedroom with queen, bathroom, kitchen/living room. Downstairs- bedroom with single over double bunk bed, game closet, and washer/dryer.
