Welcome to our beautiful condo in Seattle’s only waterfront residential building. Our stylish condo, appointed with designer furniture and many high end finishes, is located right across from Pier 62, Seattle’s most scenic spot. You are steps away from Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, the Great Wheel, Pier 66 cruise ship terminal and many amazing restaurants, cafes, and bars. Belltown has great eating options, or stay in and watch the ferries and cruise ships go by as the sun goes down.

We bought this condo as our second home because of the GREAT LOCATION. The Belltown neighborhood is diverse with a mix of historic and modern buildings and is part of the soul of Seattle. In this location you can WALK to a ton of attractions and restaurants. We have secure garage space available when requested. You will be staying in a renovated historic building, full of charm. Our loft is 3rd level and no view.
