Renovated Georgetown Apartment

Sleep tight in a bed with a new Nectar memory foam mattress, memory foam pillows, and and high quality sheets. Other thoughtfully curated details include a cook's kitchen with gas range and all-clad cookware, plus Roku TV with Netflix. This is a fully furnished 600 Sq ft ground floor apartment that I own and manage in a lovingly renovated and restored 1908 building. Only a year ago I completely renovated the entire building so there is unlimited hot water, good warmth and quiet from new insulation. I've taken care to think through every small detail in the space and I'm continually updating and adding to the unit to make it even better. You walk into the living room with a work desk and office chair, flatscreen tv equipped with live local channels, HBO and Netflix and Amazon Fire stick. The dining room faces east with bay windows that provide good light and the table has leaves that expand to accommodate four people comfortably. The bedroom is equipped with blackout curtains for privacy and light blockage. In the bedroom is a lot of storage space for those staying on longer visits with a custom cedar lined closet, and open shelves above dresser. The bathroom has a new soaker tub, full size washer/dryer, plush towels and robe. The kitchen has everything you could need for a short or long stay with a new gas range, All-clad cookware, Wustoff knives and complimentary coffee and tea. Enter through the building's front door keypad entry into the lobby and key box is mounted to the wall to the right of the unit's door. There is also a side yard for use in the warmer months. I live nearby and am always available by phone or email if you need any recommendations or have any questions. I'm extremely responsive. Georgetown is a small industrial neighborhood with a burgeoning art scene. Within a 5 minute walk is a great choice of restaurants and bars. The property is conveniently located between the airport and downtown, and only a block from the bus stop. From the bus top a few blocks away you can take either the Metro 124 or 106 line to get downtown or the airport and line 60 that is a quick stop over to Beacon Hill, First Hill and Capitol Hill. This unit is one of 4 in a small apartment building that I own with 3 other long-term tenants that I rent to so please be considerate and respectful.
