Located on the beautiful Sunshine Coast, it has stunning views of Howe Sound , the North Shore mountains, Keats Island and Soames Hill. The suite is new and has everything you need for a wonderful stay, including in-floor heating. Directly across the road is a trail down to beautiful Hopkins Landing beach merely a 5 minute walk. Located 2 minutes drive from the ferry and a 5 minute drive to the lovely seaside town of Gibsons , where restaurants, craft breweries and little shops will delight.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. There are two large sun-filled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a kitchen, dinning room and living room. There’s also a third bedroom with a sofa bed for a 5th person or use it as a kids room ( we have portable crib/pack n play, a bassinet and a toddler's matresd). All rooms overlook the gardens with mountain and ocean views. This is a self contained suite in the first level of the house we live on the second floor.

Not suitable for children or infants. Lots of concrete and sharp corners. Enjoy the entire upper floor of this unique West Coast Modern home, built in 2012, with use of front lawn. A delight for architecture enthusiasts, Bench 170 was a featured venue for the Sunshine Coast Art Crawl for 7 years.
