The unique twist of the building is what we fondly refer to as "character". Entire 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home is just steps from downtown Sealy and has been completely remodeled with stylish finishes throughout and PLENTY of parking! Everything you need for a comfortable stay! Each room is complete with a TV and the home has high speed Internet. All the great restaurants from downtown are just right out your front door. Many guests enjoy watching the trains come and go nearby, but others do not. Noise machine available if desired.

The Goebel House

The Goebel House was built in 1921 by the Gus Goebel Family. The current owner is also a Goebel and considers the house family. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath and an open concept living, dining, and kitchen. Includes a back yard patio and large covered front porch. Nestled near downtown Bellville, Texas, The Goebel House is 20 minutes from Brenham and 35 minutes from Round Top.

Almita House Downtown Cat Spring

Historic Sears Catalog House fully restored in downtown Cat Spring. Originally delivered as a kit house, delivered by train to Cat Spring and built in 1926, the Almita house was fully restored in 2019. It has real hardwood floors and shiplap walls along with original wood windows along with the features of a modern kitchen with electric range and bathroom with tile floor.
