Shell Hill house sits waterfront with amazing views all around. The house has been newly renovated and will sleep up to 14. The property has a sandy beach, featuring tide pools, and a pier. You can explore Nelson Bay and the Core Sound using one of the 2 kayaks we provide. The sunsets are to die for. Almost every room in the house offers water views of the Nelson Bay or Core Sound. Please be aware of oyster shells and other marine life in the water and around the beach. Swim at your own risk. Quiet road with home located on Nelson Bay. A few times a year during King Tides or storm events the road to the house may not be passable by some vehicles during high tide. Ample parking for guests. Please be aware that a few times a year Shell Hill road may not be passable for some vehicles during King Tides or storm events during high tide. Please plan accordingly.
